Based on our vast experience
with propeller governors for turbine and reciprocating
engines we have designed a new propeller governor model
line, designated as P-ABC-X/Y. This new model line reflects
our experience with previous P-ABC-XXX model line and adds
in the design new features as forged aluminium bodies,
continuously adjustable control head and two basic
installation dimensions. The "short" version P-ABC-X/A can
be used in applications where is strict demand for small
dimensions and low weight. The "long" version P-ABC-X/B is
recommended in replacement applications, where changing of
the positioning of push-pull control could be a problem.

Propeller governors series
P-ABC-X/Y are designed for use on reciprocating aircraft
engines with a constant speed single acting propeller using
pressure oil to decrease or increase propeller pitch. The
core of the governor is based on conventional
hydromechanical principle with a unique arrangement. This
design allows to cut weight of the governor under magic 1kg.
Connection and flange are compatible with AND 20010
standard.
